'Pollinators' documentary for the Caretakers series
AHB Films has been commissioned by the STEPS and SANBI initiative the 'Caretakers'. The production will involve my all too familiar subject matter, the bees.
A great series, so far featuring topics like:
shark conservation, birds of prey and sustainable use of our fynbos resources.

DIFF QUICK REVIEW
Added on July 26, 2010 AMERICAN FOULBROOD
Director: Carlos Francisco
Bee aware, bee informed and bee patient. This informative and surprisingly entertaining documentary on the dreadful bee disease American Foul Brood takes you right into the eccentric world of bee keepers in South Africa. It should be a standard issue manual in any beekeeper’s library and is a great feat for a one man band filmmaker to cover such an important topic so extensively. It’s well crafted, important and needs to be distributed nationwide.
